Use of AI

The channel is about running retention with AI tools, and we use them to make it. Specifically:

• Research, first-draft scripts, newsletter drafts and thumbnails may be produced with AI tools and then edited.
• Some voiceovers use a licensed AI clone of Alicia's own voice. Those videos carry YouTube's altered or synthetic content label.
• Every script, build, audit and recommendation is reviewed and approved by Alicia before publication. Nothing is published unreviewed.

Demo data

Every walkthrough uses demonstration Shopify, Klaviyo, Omnisend and Recharge accounts populated with fictional products, orders and customers. No client data, employer data or real customer information appears in any video, screenshot or template.

Videos and downloads are educational. They describe what has worked in specific situations and why. They are not a promise of any revenue, retention or performance result for your business, and they are not legal, tax or financial advice.

Products and services
